'Golden hour', what's that?

Golden hour is the magical hour (or so) before sunset especially during the summer and autumn months. That time of day when the air is hazy and not as bright as the morning and afternoon sun, when there is a lovely warm glow over everything. That is what us photographers call golden hour, and it's the best part of the day (on a sunny day anyway), it is such a beautiful time of day to photograph during!
